Hasan’s Story | The Light that split the darkness
For years, I performed empty rituals, dying of thirst while standing in the rain. On the Night of Power, I climbed to my roof and whispered to the stars: "If You are there, find me."
That night, the world fell away. In my dream I stood on a crumbling cliff, shadows pressing me toward the void. Then, the darkness split. A man stepped out of the light, his robes white as lightning, his presence turning the shadows to ash. He didn't feel like a stranger; he felt like a forgotten father.
"My son," he said, and the sound of his voice felt like a physical touch. "I have seen your heart. I have counted every tear you shed on that roof. Do not be afraid anymore. I am the Path you are looking for. Follow me."
He touched my heart, and a warmth like summer sun dissolved the weight of a lifetime. The cliff vanished. I woke gasping, my face wet, my spirit finally free.
The next day, a traveling stranger approached me in the square. He handed me a small, leather-bound book, his voice low. "A man in white appeared in my sleep," he whispered. "He told me you were waiting for this."
The Man in White hadn’t just visited my dream. He had stepped into my world.

لسنوات طويلة، كنت أمارس طقوساً جوفاء، كنت كمن يموت عطشاً وهو واقفٌ تحت المطر. وفي ليلة القدر، صعدتُ إلى سطحي وهمستُ للنجوم: "إن كنتَ هناك، فأوجدني."
في تلك الليلة، تداعى العالم من حولي. رأيتني في حلمي واقفاً على حافة جرفٍ ينهار، والظلال تدفعني نحو العدم. وفجأة، انشقّ الظلام، وخرج رجلٌ من قلب النور، ثيابه بيضاء كالبارق، وحضوره يُحوّل الظلال إلى رماد. لم أشعر أنه غريب، بل شعرت وكأنه أبٌ منسيّ.
"يا بني،" قالها، وكان لصوته ملمسٌ ماديّ. "لقد رأيتُ قلبك. لقد عددتُ كل دمعة ذرفتها على ذلك السطح. لا تخف بعد الآن. أنا هو الطريق الذي تبحث عنه. اتبعني."
لمس قلبي، فسرت حرارةٌ كشمس الصيف أذابت ثقل العمر كله. تلاشى الجرف، واستيقظتُ وأنا ألهث، وجهي مبلل بالدموع، وروحي أخيراً حرة.
في اليوم التالي، اقترب مني غريبٌ مسافر في الساحة. سلمني كتاباً صغيراً مجلداً بالجلد، وصوته يرتجف وهو يهمس: "لقد ظهر لي رجلٌ يرتدي الأبيض في منامي، وقال لي إنك كنت تنتظر هذا."

Maybe this is the first time you have had this experience of being visited by the Man in White, maybe you have seen him many times. Here are a few important things to know about this important experience.
It is not just a dream, it is a turning point. This wasn't just your mind playing tricks on you or a fleeting thought. The warmth and the physical weight that lifted off your chest were real. It was a personal encounter that is meant to wake you up and shift the entire trajectory of your life.
It is an invitation out of the desert. You went through the motions, you did the rituals, but your soul feels heavy and empty. This experience was a sudden, undeniable response to that deep, hidden cry of your heart. It was a lifeline thrown into your darkness.
It is the beginning of a journey, not the end! Below are some suggestions for what to next.

Inviting the Man in White to Speak with You

The Man in White always wants to meet with you. This is not about following a rigid formula, it is about creating a space of stillness and honesty. Here is how you can prepare your heart to ask Him to return.
Find a quiet place. Choose a quiet room where you will not be disturbed. Turn off your phone and dim the lights. Just as you seek peace in the dark of the night, clear the noise from your mind.
Speak from the depths of your heart. You do not need formal words or long recitations. Speak simply and honestly.
If you are not sure what to say, say something like this:
“Man in White, You know my heart and you see the weight I am carrying. You brought light into my darkness and peace to my soul. I want to hear your voice again. Speak to me, guide me, and show me the way forward. I am listening.”
Be still and listen. After you talk to him, remain in silence for a few minutes and be patient. He longs to meet with you again.
Keep a Journal of Peace. Keep a notebook nearby, whenever you experience a dream, a sense of direction, or a moment of reassurance, write it down. Remember: the presence of the Man in White always brings deep peace and love. Any thought, feeling, or message that brings fear, confusion, or heaviness does not come from Him.

Are you ready to follow the Man in White?

Dear friend, the Man in White has a name, and His name is Jesus Christ. He is the very same light that broke through your darkness and brought you that deep, unexplainable peace.
In the Gospels, Jesus says, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life." When you encountered this loving figure, you were meeting the Son of God, who laid down His life to forgive your sins and restore your relationship with the Father. He is not just a comforting presence or a messenger, He is the one true God.
By responding to Him and choosing to follow His light, you are taking the beautiful and life-changing step of putting your faith in Jesus Christ, who promises to walk with you always.
Steps for Becoming a follower of the Man in White - Jesus Christ
Believe in Your Heart.
The Bible teaches that salvation is a gift received through faith in who Jesus is.
"Because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." – Romans 10:9
Repent and Turn to the Light.
Becoming a follower of Jesus Christ involves a change of direction turning away from the darkness or old ways of living and turning toward Jesus light.
"Repent, therefore, and turn back, that your sins may be blotted out." – Acts 3:19.
Confess Him as Lord.
Acknowledging that He is Lord means you are ready to follow His path and no longer walk alone.
"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." – 1 John 1:9
Be Baptized.
Water baptism is the outward declaration of your inner faith and your commitment to walk in newness of life.
"Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit." – Acts 2:38
عزيزي وصديقي، للرجل ذي الرداء الأبيض اسم، واسمه هو يسوع المسيح. إنه النور ذاته الذي اخترق ظلامك ومنحك ذلك السلام العميق الذي لا يمكن وصفه.

I am ready!
Though following the Man in White will cost you in this world, He promises to walk with you through every trial, for He has said, 'I will never leave you nor forsake you' (Hebrews 13:5).
Though you will face trouble, you are promised a home in heaven with Him, as Jesus said, 'I go to prepare a place for you' (John 14:2), and 'In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world' (John 16:33).
If you are ready to become a follower of Jesus Christ pray this prayer out loud:
“Jesus Christ, I believe that you are the light and the truth. I confess that I need your forgiveness, and I open my heart to you today. I believe that you died for my sins and rose again, and I want to turn away from my past to follow you.
Come into my life, be my Lord, and fill me with your Holy Spirit. I surrender my life to you.”

Congratulations! Take a moment to reflect on the sensation that just washed over you. You might feel light, clean, joyful, or simply feel a deep, abiding peace. Now begins your journey of following Jesus Christ.
Here are some helpful steps to take:
Read and Reflect on His Words
Start reading the Gospels (the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John in the Bible) to learn about the teachings of Jesus. Pay close attention to His message of love, forgiveness, and light. Let His words replace any feelings of emptiness with truth and purpose.
Connect with a Community of Believers
Look for a local Christian church, a welcoming fellowship, or a small group where you can study and ask questions safely. You do not have to walk this path alone. Surrounding yourself with others who share your faith will provide strength, encouragement, and guidance as you grow.
